## MAS LKY Commemorative Coin Distributions *DistributeSG was used to distribute over 2 million coins to eligible applicants. Saving $500k in system development cost and reducing reconciliation time by >80%* {% tabs %} {% tab title="Background" %} **MAS** was looking for an exchange system to automate the LKY distribution process. *“Banks would reject our request to support the nation-wide collection of coins at all their branches if we asked them to use MS Excel to check and log distributions”*\ \ MAS worked closely with DistributeSG as the first agency partner to set up a distribution campaign, test the system in the staging environment, and progressively roll out DistributeSG to **140+ bank branches (\~1000 tellers)** to facilitate distributions of the LKY Coins. {% endtab %} {% tab title="Impact" %} Over **2 million coins** have been distributed to eligible applicants via DistributeSG. **4.75/5** user satisfaction rate based on 150+ surveys submitted by frontline bank tellers.\ \ MAS has **saved $500K in system development cost** and reduced ***reconciliation***** time by >80%**. Banks no longer use paper forms to log distributions improving efficiency. Customers no longer have to sign to acknowledge receipt of coins leading to streamlined operations. {% endtab %} {% endtabs %} ## SportSG Team Nila Volunteer Distributions *DistributeSG was used to distribute a standard set of premiums to over 300 Team Nila volunteers. Previously this was being done manually through Excel.* {% tabs %} {% tab title="Background" %} **SportSG** was looking for a distribution system to distribute to premiums to their annual 5k active volunteers. Distributions are currently outsourced to an external vendor which helps to track the distributions manually through Excel. {% endtab %} {% tab title="Impact" %} DistributeSG was used to distribute items such as foldable bags, sling bags, keychains, arm sleeves, bucket hats and phone slights to **over 300 Team Nila volunteers** during their town hall.\ \ Overall **4.8/5 satisfaction score** for distributors finding it easy to use and better than their previous method of doing distributions.\ \ SportSG no longer needs to use a manual Excel sheet to track distributions as DistributeSG automatically tracks this and a report can be downloaded at the end of the campaign.\ \ Queue lines during the distribution was also significantly shorter as distributors were able to use the DistributeSG app to quickly identify the items a recipient was eligible to collect. {% endtab %} {% endtabs %} ## Ngee Ann Poly RED Camp Distributions *DistributeSG was used to distribute goodie bags to over 800 students attending. During registration, distributors also used the app to let students know their assigned groups and schools they will be visiting.* {% tabs %} {% tab title="Background" %} **Ngee Ann Poly (NP)** was looking for a distribution system to distribute goodie bags to participants who were attending RED Camp. NP also needed a way to let attendees know the camp groups they were assigned to, and the academic schools they were visiting.
